JCS know that not every project will be straightforward, and commercial disputes will sometimes arise.  We can support you in any claim, and will provide impartial, direct advice on the best way forward.  We can assist in any contract type and have particular experience in JCT and NEC3/4 contracts.

Whilst every effort should be made to agree any disputes amicably, we pride ourselves on having represented a number of clients in adjudication proceedings, and have an enviable track record of recovering money owed.
