JCS was founded in 2023 by James Collins.  

With a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, James has spent over 18 years working in the Building Services industry delivering a wide variety of projects for some of the largest Mechanical & Electrical contractors in the country.  For the last 8 years he has held Senior Management positions for large national companies, and had responsibility overseeing a number of teams including Estimating, Delivery, Commercial and Administration.

James knows first hand how difficult it is to find the high quality resource demanded by the building services industry.  

He founded JCS in order to share his knowledge and experience with others in the industry.  He believes a flexible approach to his clients will allow them to get targeted, specific support without the expense of a full time employee. 

Outside of work, he is married to Claire Collins, has two children and in his (little) spare time he enjoys playing golf, badminton and riding his motorbike.  He is also an active Governor in his local Primary School, and has recently stepped down from the position of Chair of Governors which he has held for the past 4 years.
