About Us

Established in 2023 by James Collins, JCS bridges the gap between technical engineering expertise and commercial management. With over 20 years of experience in the Building Services industry, James has delivered complex projects for some of the UK’s largest Mechanical & Electrical contractors.

JCS was created to provide flexible, high-level engineering support to clients who require specific expertise without the overhead of a full-time executive.

James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He is currently finalizing a Diploma in Construction Adjudication.

Beyond project delivery, JCS specializes in dispute resolution. James has successfully represented a number clients in adjudications, leveraging his technical and legal knowledge to recover significant funds.

James currently holds the following memberships:

• Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, 
• Member of the Adjudication Society,
• Member of Society of Construction Law
